We want to partner with you for increased Off-Hour Deliveries (OHD) throughout NYC. We are ready to provide support and assistance to companies and organizations transitioning to OHD. We would also like to hear from truck and delivery equipment providers and manufacturers who have equipment that could reduce noise during the delivery process.
